Demi Lovato took the stage at last night’s People’s Choice Awards for a couple of reasons last night.  She performed her song “Give Your Heart a Break” and accepted the award for Favorite Pop Artist.

Other People’s Choice winners included Bruno Mars for Favorite Male Artist and Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” for Favorite Album.  The 38th People’s Choice Awards were hosted by “The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre.
