Fiona Apple Announces March Tour Dates

Fiona Apple is making her way back into the public spotlight this year.  The somewhat reclusive singer-songwriter is already on track to release her fourth full-length album sometime in 2012, and now she’s unveiled a string of proper tour dates.  The trek is scheduled to get under way with her previously announced stop at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas on March 15th.  Apple will then make her way to Chicago on March 19th, before heading to the East Coast for five more shows.  Fiona played a handful of scattered live gigs last year, but hasn’t released a new album since “Extraordinary Machine” came out in 2005.
