The results are in and Orange County Deputy Coroner Mitchell Sigal tells “Rolling Stone” that Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan died of an accidental overdose.  Toxicology reports state that Sullivan died of “acute polydrug intoxication due to combined effects of Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Diazepam/Nordiazepam and ethanol.”  Sigal added that Sullivan had an enlarged heart, which may have played a role in his death.  The 28-year-old drummer died December 28th at his home in Huntington Beach, California.
