The next moment has come. Tomorrow would have been 9 years exactly that I have lived in Indianapolis and joined the terrific team at HOT 963. After 9 years rockin’ it in Nap, I have been blessed with a promotion and I will be moving on. I am happy to be staying with the Radio One family and even more happy to be working for a person who loves to grow talent and help bring out the best in a person.

Indianapolis has definitely been like home to me. Having met many people that I now consider family, this may be one of the hardest “goodbyes”. Indianapolis has seen me grow and experience some of my most life changing moments.

Naptown, you will be missed.

I will miss having tea at “Tea’s Me” after work and eating Datsa’s pizza once a week. (ok, maybe two or three times) I will certainly miss seeing my brother B Swift every morning when I come to work and arguing with Kenny Kixx and Wrekk1. I can’t imagine not dropping off my daughter to Aunti “First Lady” or having her hang out with Uncle Jay Rio. I will miss “girls nite” with my friends and acting a fool with Deacon. I will miss the Glam Squad (Pnut and Sparkle) who kept me looking good AND kept me laughing. I have so many great memories!!!

5. Purchasing my first home

4. Creating The Bellies and Babies Expo (…along with Sherry and Kyla. We put in work!)

3. My 2007 and 2009 Birthday Bash (Me and the girls partied hard those years at Gelo and Blu)

2. Listening to DJ Geno’s Commercials (Do i really need to explain?)

1. Having my beautiful baby girl

I will really miss my HOT 963 family, my IMC family, my “play” family, my listeners and my girls! I love you all so much!

VIA www.Eurweb.com Kanye West is an emotional man if you hadn’t noticed by now. And on Wednesday night, as we reported, the rapper performed a song dedicated to his ex-lady, Amber Rose, during the Watch the Throne tour in Philadelphia.

“To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for … ” Yeezy told the audience of Ms. Rose before launching into a live performance of ‘Runaway.’

No one is quite sure what his intention was, but Rose caught word of the dedication, responding with a bit of understanding and a tinge of sympathy.

“I’ll say this — I didn’t even know about it. This is my 50th interview today and every single person has asked me, and it made me go see what the hell they were talking about, because I don’t keep up on the current events of Kanye. I just don’t look him up,” she said in an interview with Complex magazine.

She continued, “A lot (of it)  is just negativity and I don’t like to bring that energy into my life,” she went on to say. “But I did look at it and he said that, ‘When I said that I didn’t like your dress, I was an a–hole. When I said that I didn’t like your hair, I was an a–hole.’”

She agreed. “He was an a—hole.” But he now recognizes his flaws. And with his dedication, she sees it as an apology and she forgives him.

“I don’t hold any grudges. I don’t hate him. I want him to find a girl and for him to treat her better than he treated me.”

She emphasized that now she has found true love and happiness with (rapper Wiz Khalifa), she wants the same for her ex.

An up and coming rapper himself, Speak says he was surprised to find out that Kreayshawn didn’t know how to properly structure a song.

Speak is currently working with Plies and No Doubt on their upcoming albums and plans to drop his own free mixtape, Inside Out Boy on November 14. The project is being mixed by Odd Future’s Syd tha Kid.

Dark Man X had just left a Halloween party when he stopped by a local Waffle House in Greenville, South Carolina for some late night grub.

While there, X spotted an employee mopping up a mess. The worker told X he was a big fan of his. X felt bad for the guy and decided to finish mopping for him.

“I was in a good mood and felt that I would do that for him since it was 4am and [the employee] had been working all night,” X told TMZ. “The minute you get too big to mop a floor or wipe a counter, that’s the exact minute you have life f*cked up.”
