Eminem's "Recovery" Number One For Second Week In A Row
Hip-hop superstar Eminem has the biggest record in the country for a second straight week.
Billboard.com is reporting that Em’s new “Recovery” album sits atop this week’s Billboard 200 chart after selling 313-thousand copies. In its first two weeks of release, “Recovery” has sold one-point-one million copies. It’s the first record to sell over 300-thousand copies in multiple weeks since Susan Boyle’s “I Dreamed A Dream” came out late last year. Fellow rap star Drake finishes runner-up for a second consecutive week, as his debut album “Thank Me Later” sold 105-thousand copies. R&B singer The-Dream debuts at number four this week, as his new record “Love King” sold 58-thousand units in its first week.
